Yoga Sculpt: beat-based, weighted yoga + cardio & strength training through high repetition with light weights

- what you’ll need: a mat and light dumbbells (optional)

Tabata-ish: two 8 counts ON, one 8 count OFF full body cardio

- what you’ll need: a mat, 2 set of dumbbells- a light set (~5 lbs) & a medium to heavy set (10 lbs+)

Greatest HIITs: beat-based cardio + strength interval training

- what you’ll need: a mat, 2 sets of dumbbells- a light set (~5 lbs) & a medium to heavy set (10 lbs+)- and a booty band
