Q: Is there a beginners class?

A: There is not a separate beginners class but class is open to people at all fitness levels. I’ll provide you with plenty of options for modifications!

Q: What equipment do I need for class?

A: For Yoga Sculpt, you need a mat and a light set of weights (weights are optional!)

For Greatest HIITs, you need a mat and two sets of weights- 1 light, 1 medium to heavy set.

Q: Do I need shoes for class?

A: I recommend taking class barefoot! If you tend to need extra support, sneakers definitely work. For outdoor classes, I recommend sneakers or grip socks because mats get a little toasty in the sun.

Q: Can I save my favorite on-demand classes?

A: Yes! You can "heart” your favorite on-demand classes and come back to them as many times as you’d like.

Q: What can I use my gift card for?

A: Everything! Live classes, on-demand subscriptions, class packages, etc.

Q: Do I have to be on camera during a zoom class?

A: I love seeing your face during class and being able to provide live feedback. I also love feeling like we’re together at home. But you do not have to turn your camera on.

Q: Do class packs expire?

A: NEVER!

Q: Do class packages apply to live & on-demand classes?

A: They do! You can also purchase an "Unlimited Subscription” which gives you access to the on-demand library + unlimited live classes.

Q: How much is a private class?

A: Private class costs depend on the length of the event, the size of the group and if the class is virtual or in person. Reach out here to chat more!

Q: How often do I need to take class to see results?

A: It depends on the type of results you’re looking for. You will feel energized immediately after class! To see physical changes, I would recommend taking class consistently, 2-3 times a week.
